What is Hypno-Coaching?
Hypno-Coaching is a blend of Hypnosis and Coaching. Hypnosis works as the tool to help your other than conscious mind take in positive suggestions for you to change. Sometimes only one session works. Most of the time the client benefits by having a Coach that reinforces the Hypnosis session with mini sessions plus traditional coaching accountability and support. This is my specialty. I keep you accountable and support you through your change.

When you successfully make the changes in yourself, you gain self respect, self esteem and self worth. It is proof to yourself that "YOU CAN DO IT!"...whatever the IT is.
